Our industrial nitrogen pumping units are designed specifically for the servicing of wells Nitrogen lifting, refineries, chemical plants and pipelines. Units can be both sound proof to 80 Dba and Zone 2 certified. Operating pressures of up to 10,000 PSI for leak testing and commissioning and high flow low pressure units for purging, blanketing and drying applications. Liquid nitrogen take off point for rapid reactor cool down.

HydroSERV HST-400 Series high pressure pump was specifically designed to deliver high flow rates at high pressure while providing exceptional low flow rate turndown.
The pump set soundproofed on engine compartment is a self contained skid unit and capable of pump and vaporizing different flow rates up to 180,000 SCFH and maximum Pressure of 10,000 Psi. The minimum outlet gas temperature at full rate will not be lower than 70 degrees Fahrenheit. The energy required to vaporize the liquid nitrogen comes from two sources: engine heat recovery and hydraulic system heat recovery. The heat recovered from the hydraulics is transferred to the engine coolant circuit through a tube and shell heat exchanger. The total energy captured from the coolant and hydraulics is than used to vaporize liquid nitrogen in the nitrogen pot vaporizer. |
